重返地獄

過左生日都成半個月, 但係生日飯就食到琴晚都仲有得食, 冇辦法, 香港人多數都好忙, 要就時間唔係咁容易, 齊人出到黎已經係好好! 一輪既生日飯後, 就係返回地獄既開始, 話說我影完第一輯相後, 真係覺得自己好肥, 下定決心減喇, 對我黎講運動冇用, 唯一可以做既係節食!

兩個半月後影第二輯相, 終於睇到成效, 個個都話我瘦左呀, 到生日月又放肆一輪, 而家又要停喇, 因為仲有半個月又要影相喇!

首先重溫一下我既生日飯先:

佢地都會係我結婚既姊妹, 識左就快廿年喇, 呢一晚有兩個驚喜蛋糕, 左邊係親手整, 右邊係去zoe度買, 多謝兩位好姊妹!

好喇...開心完喇, 呢d都係回憶, 有排都唔可以再咁食喇, 呢幾日直頭唔敢磅重, 見到自己個肚腩都知肥左好多, 定下計劃先:

1. 戒甜
2. 唔可以飽肚
3. 餐前記得食fancl蟹殼素(唔知有冇用, 不過成日唔記得食)
4. 忍口
5. 戒味精, 盡量屋企煮飯
